The curated kitchen: French and Spanish olive oil

There are a handful of pantry must-have’s: lemons. Garlic. Butter. Sea salt. And, top of the list, a really good olive oil. Such as the Full Moon Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Dean & Deluca. Drizzled on fresh bread with a sprinkle of Maldon salt, splashed on freshly cooked pasta with a rain of Parmigiano-Reggiano, sluiced on in-season tomatoes, there is no faster way to instantly make food sing.
